Exhibitor Information Dear Exhibitor, You are invited to exhibit and support the Greater IL Postal Customer Council at the 2008 National PCC Day on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 being held at the centrally located Medinah Banquets facility in Addison. The hours of this event are from 7am – 2:30pm. “Get Smart With Mail” is the theme. This year’s attendees will be certificate driven and/or live broadcast “State of the Union” address watchers. We are anticipating 200 plus, which you will receive a list of these attendees. Your value priced $250 fee includes a 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, one lunch ticket in the main room along with the attendees during the entire session. Additional lunch tickets are available for $20 each. 5 attendee breaks, as well as a exhibit hall raffle at 2:30 are planned. Space is limited to 25 exhibitors in the main room with the attendees, and 10 others are available in overflow room next to the meeting/exhibit room. Assignments will be made on a first come first serve basis. Please register early. Set up will be on Tuesday, Sept 16 from 4-7pm. 110 electrical is provided. Please bring your own power cords, extensions and SIGNAGE. If you would like an additional spotlight on your company, Sponsor options are available for either $1000 or $500.
